So, I've joined OkCupid, a networking/dating site. It's bizarre, and I'm not sure how I feel about it yet.
I joined because a friend of mine was talking about it, and it sounded interesting. It is interesting, but I don't know if it's a good interesting or a bad interesting.
Within ten minutes of registering and filling out my profile, I was propositioned by a 30 year old man. A few minutes later, by a 27 year old woman looking for a threesome with her 28 year old boyfriend. Interesting, indeed.

Well, as an older student with children of my own, I can advise you to beware, careful and proceed with caution, but have fun!
After all, this is the wave of now and the future so ride it, but do so with a closed heart and an open mind. If you meet someone interesting,and want to actually meet, then make sure you meet at a safe destination, and have some buddies sitting nearby that are not at all obvious. Then, if you want to go to the next level, ask to see his drivers license. Copy the number. Then, have him investigated...good luck. This is what both my daughter and sister did. My daughter married him, and is now seeking a divorce. My sister on the other hand has the man of her dreams. And the best part is that he is a gourmet cook!
